Our after-sales service will ensure that your tent is repaired or reconditioned as soon as possible. You can entrust the tent to us for repair or you can repair it yourself. Service as well as repair applies to both the frame and the tent cover. VITABRI tent is repaired using only original parts. You will find the rules of repair below.

In order to identify the damaged parts in your tent, we have prepared a technical drawing of each model of VITABRI express tents. Please select the tent model you have and the part that is damaged in it (marked with a number). In the form, please indicate the number of each part that you will need and provide your company’s details for invoicing and shipping.

How to take care of the VITABRI tent?

Cleaning the V3 leg gasket

The seal is pulled out of the profile of the upper leg of the V3 tent from its lower part (part number 18, V3 model).

Clean the seal with a cloth, removing any dirt like sand and soil, through which the leg may not extend smoothly and scratch.

Lubrication of structures

Lubrication of the structure is done with a widely available silicone spray.

Lubricate the upper leg and the lower leg on its outer surface, then wipe it with a dry cloth and spread the structure several times to distribute the silicone thoroughly.

We also clean the mast pipes with silicone on the same principle.

Silicone can be purchased from VITABRI.

Checking the tension of the structure

“Scissor” structures are characterized by the constant tension of each component, so it is important that each part of the structure is 100% functional. To this end, it is necessary to check that the individual parts are not cracked (connectors, sliders) or bent (cross-bars, legs).

Remember! Damage to one component can cause improper tensioning of the entire structure and result in damage to other components.

Replacing parts in the tent

The structure of the VITABRI express tent is bolted on INOX self-contracting screws, so you can replace each component by unscrewing it and replacing it with a new one. An instant operation, even at home.

Cleaning the tent cover on your own

Do not apply any changes on your own to the sheathing, this can damage the waterproofing and result in leaks.

After each use of the tent, the cover should be dried and stored in moisture-free conditions.

Cleaning of the sheathing can be done with a pressure washer at a safe distance and without using corrosive chemicals for this purpose.

Deeper dirt can be tried to remove with a sponge and soap with warm water. It is also possible to wash in a washing machine at 30C, slow program.

Tent cover washing service at VITABRI

VITABRI has an express tent cover washing service.

The service of washing tent covers applies only to polyester materials without prints and covers printed by sublimation.
Tent cover is understood as the roof and walls.

The service of washing the covers applies only to VITABRI brand tents.

We do not accept for laundering:

material other than polyester material,
Wet and moldy sheathing,
material heavily soiled by grease, oil, etc.,
walls with a window,
Material with printing other than sublimation printing, i.e. solvent, latex, thermal transfer, UV, screen printing,
Sheaths that are heavily muddy (need to be pre-rinsed with water by the customer).

Laundry service does not guarantee 100% cleaning of the material. This is determined by the degree and type of dirt.

In order to perform the washing service, the soiled cover should be delivered to us at the address of VITABRI ul. Świętego Rocha 89, 42-202 Czestochowa, personally or by courier after arranging the details with an employee of VITABRI.
Sending back the washed covers to the customer is carried out by courier DPD or Raben according to the price list of VITABRI.

Time to complete the service approximately 14 working days.
